KIDS PROGRAM RATES AND POLICIES

Fall 2018 Session Rates

Registration is now open for our 2018 Fall Season!  Please reference the tables below for class pricing.

Important Registration Information:
Classes begin on August 13th.  Your Registration, Registration Fee and Class Payment due must be completed and received at time of registration. A 3-time payment option is available (different rates and requirements apply).  If you choose to pay in three payments, your registration fee and first payment must be received at time of registration. Additionally, your two remaining payments will be set up on Auto Recurring Payments. This means that we require a credit card on file. The second payment will be charged September 1, 2018 and the last payment will be charged October 1, 2018.

Online Registration Directions:
For families registering through the Studio Director online portal, you will select your classes and upon check out you will pay for your classes in full. (If you are opting for the three payment schedule, you will register your dancer and contact the studio by phone with your credit card number.)

Please Note -  The Registration Fee is a separate charge and is not included in the class pricing below.

More than six classes per week per child? Your seventh and eighth classes are free.

All students enrolled after 1 child, per household, receive a 10% discount (per child) automatically.

The PayPal payment option allows for payment by electronic check, credit card, or debit card. We also accept cash or check payments at the studio. There is a $25 fee for any returned check.

Please note that there is a no refund policy even if your child drops the class midway through the session and "make up classes" are not presently available.

General Studio Policies

Gotta Dance! wants its students to have an enjoyable dance experience in a positive, encouraging environment that allows each dancer to reach their highest potential. Therefore, we ask that all students and parents be aware of the following policies:

TRIAL CLASSES: You may try a class. There are no fees for a trial class.

CLASS SCHEDULES: The schedule is based on anticipated enrollment and may change. Class schedules are available on the website and at the studio. Teachers are also subject to change as they are all working professionals in the dance industry and have performances and competitions of their own from time to time.

ATTENDANCE: Dance is a discipline unto its own and requires regular attendance to see improvement. Additionally, classmates are counting on each dancer to be present to learn routines and be ready for performances. Being on time for class generally means to be at the studio 10 minutes prior to your class' start time. Be dressed in the correct attire for that class.

MAKE-UP LESSONS/MISSED CLASSES: Currently, we have a small kids dance program and are unable to do make-up lessons. There are no carry-overs, refunds or pro-rated fees due to missed classes. 

PICKING UP/DROPPING OFF STUDENTS: Parents, please deliver and pick up students on time. For safety reasons, we ask that students do not leave the building and wait outside. We are not responsible for students who leave the premises for any reason.

HOLIDAYS Upcoming holidays include:  September 3 - Labor Day     November 12 - Veteran's Day
                                                                 October 31 - Halloween        November 21-25 - Thanksgiving

CLASS BEHAVIOR: Be polite, courteous and respectful of instructors, classmates, and other parents at all times. Disruptive behavior, misuse of studio property, playing with stereo equipment or other props, willful destruction of any studio property, verbal abuse, inappropriate language, physical abuse of anyone on the property, and any other behavior deemed unfit for the studio environment will result in removal of the student from class or the studio entirely. If a dancer is disruptive/talkative and repeatedly asked to refocus, he/she may be asked to leave the dance floor.

LOBBY ETIQUETTE: Our lobby is always open to family and friends. We offer free wifi for customers and signs will be posted with the password! As a courtesy, please treat the space with respect. Please use the coasters for drinks and bottles. If you spill something, clean it up! If you move the chairs, please put them back where you found them. Young dancers and siblings are welcome but please note that this space is not a playground: Running and yelling will not be tolerated. Please help us keep this space clean and inviting for all!
