Cara Reynolds

When Cara was seven years old, her  mom put her in a creative movement class and Cara can still recall flitting around the room with a pretty scarf as her wings, pretending to be a butterfly. For her, it was magical and a turning point. Cara fell in love with dance and soon took up other classes, including ballet, jazz, and modern. After years of studio time at the France Academy, the Arizona Dance Theater, and Ballet Arts, Cara attended the University of Arizona, where she graduated with a minor in dance and a Bachelors in Elementary Education, before going on to earn a Masters in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Cara taught grade school students for nearly a decade before starting her own family and becoming a stay-at-home mom. In 2008, she decided to combine her considerable teaching and dance skills, becoming a certified BodyFlow movement instructor. “My love of movement is something I thoroughly enjoy sharing with others,” says Cara. “I am on a journey to pursue movement opportunities, to feel alive and healthy, to bring joy to my heart and to others.” Cara’s joy is contagious and her grace in movement is unparalleled. Cara’s ballet classes are always full and full of life!
