Our Instructors for Adult Dance Lessons
After years of studio time at the France Academy, the Arizona Dance Theater, and Ballet Arts, Cara Reynolds attended the University of Arizona, where she graduated with a minor in dance and a Bachelors in Elementary Education, before going on to earn a Masters in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Cara taught grade school students for nearly a decade before starting her own family and becoming a mom. In 2008, she decided to combine her considerable teaching and dance skills, becoming a certified BodyFlow movement instructor and more recently became a certified yoga instructor. "My love of movement is something I thoroughly enjoy sharing with others," says Cara. "I am on a journey to pursue movement opportunities, to feel alive and healthy, to bring joy to my heart and to others." Cara's joy is contagious and children flourish under her enthusiastic feedback. Cara's adult ballet classes are always full of devoted students and full of life!
